Description

This is a firm fixed price contract with a NAICS code of 23511. Competition for this acquisition is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. This project is located at separate Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) locations in Northeast Arizona. The works consist of upgrade to fire protection systems at BIA schools in Wide Ruins, Dilcon, Winslow, and Santa Rosa, AZ. The approximate construction period is 120 calendar days. The cost of the plans and specifications is $40.00 per set and is non-refundable.
