Description

NAICS code 233320, the resultant contracts will be for maintenance, repair and alteration of various buildings located in the Denver metro area. More than one contract may be awarded at the desctetion of the contracting officer. The performance period will be for a basic and two one year options. The contracts will be firm fixed price, idnefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and will include a variety of individual construction tasks as described on the bid schedule. Individual delivery orders may vary in size and complexity. The contractors will be required to furnish all materials, (unless noted as Government furnished) equipment, and personel necessary to manage and accomplish the tasks. The Guaranteed contract minimum is $50,000 per year with an estimated maximum value of $3,000,000 per year. This is a total small business set-aside.
