Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to inscribe marble niche covers for Barrancas National Cemetery, Naval Air Station, 80 Hovey Road, Pensacola, FL 32508-1054. Contract covers base period May 1, 2001 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2001, with four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2005. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990 and a size standard of $5 million are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a Quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. James C. Jackson, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable), payable to 'U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ 786-34-01 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about April 9, 2001.
