Description

The work includes providing all labor and materials to prevent leaks to the Storage/Workshop Facilities on the lower level by cleaning away approximately 16,880 square feet of existing urethane and aggregate coating for surface preparation, followed by the routing and sealing of all cracks in the hangar floor slab, with a urethane coating to be applied last, and incidental related work as specified in the specification, complete and ready for use. Contractors are to bid on specifications as provided, no alternative systems will be considered. Completion time will be 90 calendar days. Construction range is between $100,000 -- $500,000. IFB will be available on 5 April 2001. Plans and specifications must be downloaded from the following website: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Contractors must have Adobe Acrobate Reader to accomplish the download. Funds are presently not available for this project.
