Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to replace steam heating and cooling coils in four (4) Air Handler units. Work includes: disconnecting all piping and safeties, if required; removing existing coils and disposing of properly off site; furnishing and installing new coils; reconnecting and re-insulating all piping and safeties, if required; painting all new piping; testing; and verifying that the system is working properly and is leak proof. Work will be performed on the 1st, 3rd and 10th floors of the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse, 231 W. Lafayette Blvd, Detroit, MI. The completion time for this project is 60 calendar days. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 235110 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is reserved for small business concerns. This is a negotiated firm fixed price procurement. Solicitation will be available on or about April 24, 2001.
