It is the intent of FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex, to contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, sole source for circuit breakers manufactured by SPD Technologies. The solicitation number is N00181-01-Q-E042 and NAICS classification is 335313, small business size standard is 750. Quote closing date will be established in solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION" applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
