This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but Market Research to identify sources as candidates to provide two (2) each non-developmental "test articles" of Active Front End Solid State Frequency Converters for qualification/comparative testing funded by DoD's Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) program. Participation in this survey may not necessarily result in your company being able to participate in the solicitation due to level of security clearances and amount of foreign participation. This notice does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 333611 (1000 Employees). Joint ventures or teaming arrangements may be advantageous.
