The US Postal Service will issue Solicitation No. 266351-01-A-0120 on April 6, 2001, to purchase an estimated 100,000 of PSIN 01046I (Canvas Hamper Inserts). These items are used in our mail handling hampers in Postal Facilities nation-wide and are manufactured according to US Postal Service Specifications and drawings (not off-the-shelf items). Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) are the preferred ordering and billing procedures.
