Description

A -- U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), Hydrologic Services Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Distinctive AFLOWS Design, Inc. Leicester, NC, to provide a design sturdy for the IFLOWS gage network for subsystems in KY, NC, TN, and SC. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Ref NWWB-18
