Description

Medical Surveillance Examinations for full time support personnel of the New York Army National Guard. The USPFO-NY is requesting responses for the performance of subject medical exams at various locations throughout New York State. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price type contract to be completed not later than July 1, 2001. The total number of examinations required is estimated to be 561. The magnitute of the proposed contract is betwen $25,000 and $100,000. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 17 April 2000 with quotes due on 1 May 2001 at 1:30 P.M. local time. This solicitation is restricted 100% to small business firms. The NAICS code applicable to this project is 621999 with a size standard of $7,500,000.
