Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to furnish a Supervisory Physical Therapist for the Chicago Healthcare System, Lakeside VA, Chicago, IL. The start date is 1 May 2001 for a period of 1 year. This Contract is a firm-fixed price. This solicitation is a small business set-aside.
