Description

Single award term contract for the period beginning June 1, 2001 and ending May 31 2002 for DAPS/Louisville, KY. These specifications cover the production of aperture cards with microfiche inserted, collating, labeling and marking, packing and delivery. Approximately 40 orders. Approximately 1 to 20 copies per order and approximately 5 to 5,000 aperture cards with microfiche inserts per order (approximately 57,500 total copies). Material and print order to be picked up from and delivered to Louisville, KY. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Louisville, KY. Production time 4 to 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
