- Description
- The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB, DC intends to procure a HUBZone, sole source firm-fixed price purchase order with Missoula Children_s Theatre, 200 N Adams Street, Missoula, MT 59802-4718. The contractor must show recognition from a national organization. All contractors_ staff working directly with children must undergo a background check. The staff must be able to speak, write, read and understand English. The services required is to provide two staff members with at least two years of experience of providing children's theatre on military installations and ten years of developing and implementing children's theatre in civilian communities. The contractor to provide two staff members with experiences to develop and produce a full-scale musical with 50-60 youth_s ages 6-18 as cast members. The contractor is to provide each production with professionally designed scenery, costumes, props, make-up, sound and lighting equipment. In addition to preparing for the production, there will also be training in three enrichment workshops that take place outside the rehearsal schedule. The camp will include auditions, intensive rehearsals, workshops and finished performance for the public. This camp will be held during a five day period for 4 hours per day at the scheduled respective Air Force Bases Child Development Centers. The performance period is for one year with two one year Options. Option periods are subject to availability of funding and if the Government chooses to exercise the Option(s). Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). The SIC code assigned to this project is 7922. Note 22 applies.
