Description

Modification to change the response date for receipt of quotations from 05/15/01 to 05/04/01. Apostle Islands National Lakeshore is soliciting quotations from small business concerns only that meet the evaluation criteria as set forth in the contract. Work consists of constructing a vault toilet unit a Meyers Beach (on Highway 13, between Cornucopia, Wisconsin and Red Cliff, Wisconsin). The structure is a 260 square foot, single story, concrete block building over a concrete foundation/vault with wood framing, and fiberglass shingle roof. Includes all site work including rough-in for water and electrical lines, with landscaping of disturbed areas. Work to be completed within 45 days of the date of the notice to proceed, not to exceed 06/30/01.
