Description

This notice is issued to add the following statement to the original notice. "This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars." This notice also confirms the date the solicitation will be issued as 25 April 2001. There will be no bidders list as this solicitation will be issued electronically and each prospective offeror must download his/her own solicitation for use in offering on this procurement.
