Description

Road Grading of road surfaces solely within the Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site of Fort Carson, CO, a geographically isolated location in southern Colorado. This solicitation is amended as follows: 1) the date for receipt of proposals is extended to 16:00, 16 Apr 01; 2) the unit of measure is changed from square yards to miles; and 3) the Minimum Quantity/ Maximum Quantity is changed from 160,000 square yards/1,500,000 square yards to 12 miles/150 miles. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required for award. Firms not registered in CCR will not be considered for award. The small business size standard is $17 million. The NAICS is 23499, all other heavy construction. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of a base year period and two option years.
