Description

The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, plant, supervision, and perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings as required for the installation of fifty three (53) fiberglass fire rated doors, frames, windows and associated hardware, Bldg. 1412, Fort Detrick, MD. Solicitation DAMD17-01-B-0002 will be issued on or about 25 April 2001 and open on or about 29 May 2001. All Federal Contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the CCR and register at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. The North American Industry Code for this requirement is 23551 with the size standard of $11.5M in average annual receipts. Completion time is estimated ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. Because only forty (40) solicitation packages are available, requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Any resulting contract will be firm fixed price contract. Unrestricted (subject to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program).
