Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (Except: A request for quotation has been issued at NECO website, www.neco.navy.mil.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The Marine Corps Northeast Regional Contracting Office currently has a requirement for Black Hills, 77gr Sierra Match King, Moly Coated, New. Packed 500 per box. Mfg: Black Hills Ammunition. The delivery schedule is 14 days ARO. Award will be made by delivery date, item or lot whichever is most advantageous to the Government. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the website address is www.ccr2000.com. The ship to address will be specified in the order. All items will be shipped to Quantico, Va.. Quotes shall be returned to the office address listed above, by mail or faxed by the close of business 23 April 2001. "See Note 1".
