NSN 4330-01-197-2125, Filter, Fluid, in accordance with M E Industries Inc (OBUN9) P/N GFS-4-2-V50 or G2007, 5 each for delivery to DDSP New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, in 160 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 26 Apr 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
