Description

The Immigration & Naturalization Service, Administrative Center Laguna is requesting quotations for (25)EA, New Coleman Rite-Lite Portable Light Towers, Model# MH4000RLKH, or equal. The delivery time after award is critical and the Offeror must propose the number of calendars days the light towers will be delivered after receipt of award. The portable light towers are to be delivered FOB Destination to: U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector, Douglas Station, 1051 Lawrence Ave, Douglas, AZ 85607, Point of Contact: Eric Moncayo. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation ACL-1-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quote and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18. The North American Industry Classification System 421610, with a Small Business size Standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Closing Date or response date for this synopsis/ solicitation ACL-1-Q-0016 is April 11, 2001 at 2:00pm, Pacific Daylight Time. Award anticipated on or about April 13, 2001.
