- The NFC intends to make a Sole Source award, to Segue Software Inc 201 Spring St Lexington, MA 02421, for a base year and two (2) option years on the following proprietary software maintenance and technical support: Silk Performer, Silk Test, Silk Agent, Silk Radar, Blue Express Agent and QAP Agent Sun. Justification: This is proprietary software and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy this requirement. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
