The solicitation will be open to academic institutions in the U.S. The notice is currently in draft form and the sponsor is requesting public comment on the draft notice prior to release of the formal solicitation. The draft solicitation will be available electronically via the Internet starting May 1, 2001 at http://research.hq.nasa.gov/code_u/code_u.cfm 7 Click on Current (Open) Solicitations where you will see the draft cooperative agreement notice listed in the table, under the table column "Current Research Announcement" It will be available for the period through June 1, 2001.
