Description

Purpose of this project is to acquire services to complete 13 species-specific written assessment reports on the biology and overall conservation status of 13 plant species. Project is located in Custer County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Proposals will be evaluated on 1) qualifications; 2) knowledge of Black Hills habitats; 3) ability to meet timeframes; 4) past performance; 5)clarity of work plan 6) information needs assessment; 7) price. Contract time is 225 calendar days. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note No. 1.
