Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites quotes for a requirement for Aerial Photography Services at the Lake Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, Coos County, Errol, New Hampshire. The project is for UNCONTROLLED COLOR INFRARED PHOTOGRAPHY a) 1:12,000+/- b) stereo pairs. THE PROJECT MUST BE FLOWN DURING THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF MAY BUT NO LATER THAN THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE. Desired conditions at time of flight: leaves more than budded, light/pale green. Moderate snow cover is acceptable. Timing and actual schedule of flight will be coordinated by the Contracting Officer or her appointed Technical Representative. FINAL DELIVERABLES are three sets of Contact Prints (1:12,000, Stereo Pairs). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541922; size standard is $5 million. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
