This is a Sources Sought synopsis. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Refuse/Recycling and yard waste collection and disposal services for the industrial and family housing areas at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.
