Description

Real Estate Appraisal Services,Linear Rights-of-Way Market Surveys, USDA Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. The Forest Service (FS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipate the need for multiple contracts for appraisal practice services (market surveys). The purpose of these market surveys is to provide the two agencies in-depth market research, presented in a market survey report format, to include relevant market characteristics and specific transaction data for linear types of rights-of-way, including fiber optic lines, oil and gas pipelines, electric transmission/distribution lines, telephone lines, and water conveyance pipelines. Research will cover private and non-Federal public lands near and/or characteristically similar to FS and BLM-administered land. This is an Indefinite-Quantity Contract for a base period from the date of award until 30 September 2002, with two, one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. Solicitations must be received by 25 May 2001. Package will be available 25 April 2001.
