Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency is seeking responses from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs) to provide focused research, baseline information and/or completed analysis pertaining to certain countries. Research areas include the following: Health, Medical, Environmental, Government, Geographic Overview, Country Overview, International Relations, Domestic Issues, Military Forces, Information Operations, Science and Technology. VACA intends to issue a series of requirements that will be set-aside for the exclusive participation of HBCU/MIs.
