The National Business Center (NBC) is sponsoring a one day vendor conference at the Doubletree Hotel -- Lloydcenter, 1000 NE Multnomah, Portland, OR on April 30, 2001. The conference will provide an opportunity for the vendor community to obtain buying activity information of the Department of the Interior, Federal Communications Commission, National Science Foundation, U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Maritime Administration, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and Corporation for National Service. A demonstration will be provided of the NBC business opportunities web site being utilized by acquisition offices and how vendors can access the site to find buying opportunities and have the ability to quote directly through the web site and our integration with the FedBizOpps.
