This notice is for the purchase of Forester C-2000 Mobile Rock Crusher Parts: anvils, rock hammers and accessories under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. 2. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be determined by the government. 3. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this Special Notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 4.
