Description

United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals to construct and lease back a 2,065 sf building on a controlled 13,750 sf site in HIGHLAND, KANSAS. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the site at $49,500.00 (which includes demolition of buildings) per terms of Assignable Option, construct a building to Postal Service standards and specifications, and lease building back to the Postal Service. AFTER APRIL 13, 2001, plans and specification packages may be obtained for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee from Kelly Blueprint, 8877 W 75th St., Overland Park KS 66204-2275, telephone 913/341-2333.
