Description

The work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision to complete construction work under Project PQWY 01-2010 entitled INSTALL LIGHTS J RAMP SOUTH, at McChord AFB, Washington. Work includes: installation of new light poles and lighting fixtures, provide lighting and power circuits and the demolition and upgrading of miscellaneous lighting equipment as required. The magnitude construction is between $250,000 and $500.000. The applicable NAICS Code is 235310 with a size standard of annual average revenue of $11,500,000 over three years. In conformance with FAR 19.1300 this acquisition is being considered for a Hubzone set-aside. If your firm is Hubzone certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information to the Contracting Officer not later than ten (10) days after the publication of this notice: (1) SBA certification of Hubzone eligibility, (2) capability statement of your firm and (3) a positive statement that your firm intends to propose on this acquisition. Based upon this response, the Contracting Officer will make a determination if there is a reasonable expectation of adequate competition for award or to proceed with the full and open competition procedure. . The period of performance is 270 calendar days. This solicitation will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at www.eps.gov. Issuance of the solicitation will be on or about 26 April 2001 with the closing date for receipt of proposals on or about 30 May 2001.
