Description

Contractor shall furnish necessary labor, materials, and supervision to perform work in accordance with the plans and specifications to prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, for VA/UMC Research Expansion. The project consists of constructing a new radio-pharm and immunology lab in an unfinished basement of the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital, Columbia, MO. The North American Industrial Classification (NAIC) Code is 23320. The estimated price range is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bid documents will be issued on or about April 30, 2001; bid opening will be on or about May 31, 2001. Completion time will be calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Only written requests will be honored; faxed requests shall be allowed at 913-758-6495. This is an unrestricted procurement. All requests shall indicate whether it is a small, small-women owned, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, or large company. All offers received by responsible sources will be considered.
