Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and perform all work in connection with demolition work, reframing and reroofing Building #2464 at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Contractor shall replace delaminated foam roof with standing seam metal roof. Contractor shall be responsible for debris generated at job site and securing materials. Work includes minor remodeling, rough carpentry, insulation, cold formed metal framing, metal fabrication, sheet metal flashing and trim, plumbing piping, ductwork and fans and other requirements to complete work in strict accordance with plans and specs.The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $250,000. and $500,000. This is a NAF (Non Appropriated Funds)requirement. The solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS Code is 235610, $11.5.
