Description

Building Repairs at the E.T. Gignoux US Courthouse in Portland, Maine. Work is to include but not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to perform the removal, repointing and cleaning of exterior stone (granite and masonry), repairs, painting and incidental related work. All work shall be complete in every respect and shall include all items necessary for a complete installation including but not limited to all necessary electrical and plumbing work. This Procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The cost range of this procurement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Estimated issue date is 5/1/01. Proposal Due date will be on or about 5/30/01. This Solicitation is available only on the internet at http://eps.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the IFB and amendments (if any) and the offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the IFB and amendments.
