Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of at least four each narcotics detection kits which contain assorted items and tools used for the detection of contraband materials in confined spaces, and to be exported to Central America. This is a small business set aside. The kits must contain items which are Brand name or Equal to CSECO Co. model CT-30-10. Tools must be assembled in a custom carrying case. Vendors are requested to offer instruction manuals in the Spanish language. Vendors are requested to offer training on the equipment as an option to the Government. Vendors must contact Ruth Porter, Contracting Officer, at telefax number 202-776-8775, and request the specifications. The Government will make an award based upon Best Value to the Government to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications. For those offers rated as technically sufficient, price and delivery time ARO will then be factors to be considered in the award. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror. Offers must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than 4:30 PM, EST, on April 15, 2001. Offers my be submitted by telefax if desired.
