Description

The project consists of construction of structures, parking lots, utilities, septic systems, fuel containment structure, fuel tanks, and other associated facilities. New building construction includes the following buildings with approx. sizes: bunkhouse (2,500 sq. ft.), office (5,600 sq. ft.), and warehouse with hazmat storage (5,000 sq. ft.); construct new and improve existing parking lots and roadways and apply gravel and asphalt surfacing; install utilities including 2 septic systems, sewer lines, water lines, electrical and telecommunications lines and other incidental items to complete the project. The project is located near Lucky Peak Nursery site, 15 miles northeast of Boise, Idaho on Highway 21. Est. start date is 8/01/01 with 180 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small busiess set aside.
