The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 12 each 350 days after contract award (DACA), and 4 each per month thereafter until shipped complete.
