Description

Solicitation for NSN 4010-01-309-7439. Specifications, plans and/or drawings are available as an "Export Control" Technical Data Package. Technical Data will only be released to Contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA via the internet, mail, fax or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THE TECHNICAL DATA FROM THE BUYER OR CONTRACTING OFFICER. THE PROCUREMENT OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE THE TDP. The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity type contract for a Base Year and Four (4) 12-month Option Years. First Article Testing by Contractor is required. All responsible offerors who wish to be considered must submit a complete proposal by the Closing Date of the Solicitation. Prospective offerors should request the Solicitation Package from the DSCR Bid Recording Officer, at (804)279-3026, Fax (804)279-4165. The Government will award a contract from this Request for Proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. Note to Internet subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting Service (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP issued under formal solicitation procedures for a long term contract. 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 apply.
