This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Award will be a firm fixed-price contract. Quote under solicitation number DAHA51-01-R-0009 is requested. Solicitation document with statement of work may be obtained from government point of contact. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #97-23. This procurement is made on an unrestricted basis. This SIC code for this procurement is 4540 Miscellaneous Plumbing, Heating & Sanitation Equipment. The Alaska Army National Guard has a requirement for 10 propane fired incinerating toilets. The toilets must meet or exceed the requirements listed in the statement of work. The government intends to award without discussion. Desired delivery by 30 June 2001 and acceptance shall be made FOB Destination, freight charges included in the unit price to Alaska Army National Guard, Building 49-140, Fort Richardson, AK 99505-2610. Delivery shall be made as specified unless otherwise modified. Partial deliveries will be accepted.
