NSN: 4920-01-172-4967, PRON AX1T1033, Part Number 21C7437G01, Quantity: 100 each, plus two years of 100% options for each year, applicable to the CH-47 Turbine Engine, F.O.B. origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The proposed contract listed is 100% set-aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. " This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government."
