Description

SUPPLY SOURCES SOUGHT. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), has a requirement for twenty-five (25) circuit card assemblies, control interface "C", Lockheed Martin P/N 7172753-01, NSN: 5998-01-362-0573; WSN: R400-5A10A5. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The company is Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Electronics Parkway EP7-181, P.O. Box 4840, Syracuse, NY 13221. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after the date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered only for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to be considered, firms must furnish detailed information concerning their capability to provide this product. Such information shall include at a minimum: name; telephone number and point of contact; ability to provide the above referenced circuit card assemblies and the names and telephone numbers of firms to whom this product or similar products have been provided previously. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting the information requested above referencing Solicitation No. 52WCNW106025PY. If no qualified responses are received, the Government intends to contract with Lockheed Martin for the required supplies.
