Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), WESTHEM Computer Technology Division, Multisite Contracts/Midwest Area Command Branch (DITCO/DTS42), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to IBM Corporation, 6710 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817. This acquisition is for software license renewal and maintenance for proprietary products currently installed on equipment located at DISA/DCTF Slidell, LA. The software is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. The software products are Z/VM BASE ELC BASE 80 MS, Z/VM BASE ELC 1 MSU, CMS UTIL ELC BASE 80 MSU, CMS UTIL ELC 1 MSU, TCP/IP NFS ELC BASE 80 M, TCP/IP NFS ELC 1 MSU, TCP/IP BASE ELC BASE 80, TCP/IP BASE ELC 1 MSU, PSLC BASE 3MSU, PSLC LVL A 42 MSU, PSLC LVL B 10 MSU, PSLC LVL B 1 MSU, PSCL BASE 3 MSU, PSLC LVL A 42 MSU, PSLC LVL B 10 MSU, GG 80 CMS UTL DMLC, GG 80 TCP/IP NFS DMLC, GG 80 TCP/IP DMLC, GG 80 Z/VM V3 BASE DMLC. The period of performance is 1 Jul 01 through 30 Jun 02. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
