Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (ACB-1-Q-0012) is issued as an RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-21. The proposed contract is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. This requirement is for one Spectralogic Spectra 10000 Bullfrog, HVD SCSI, 4 AIT-2 tape drives, 40 slot, tabletop, with barcode reader. Includes 24 hour Advanced Replacement Service, manufacturer's P/N's 9284A4A5-4-WT and 92849702 and one SONY FRU AIT-2 DRIVE, Sled and Cable, manufacturer's P/N 90849029. Units will ship to Boston, MA 02203. FAR Clause 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions -- Simplified Acquisitions (Other than Commercial Items) (FEBRUARY 2001) will be incorporated by reference on the award.
