Description

The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM) intends to negotiate with David C. Wheatley, CMFGE, Aberdeen, MD, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304(c)(1), for the purchase of on-call technical support and hose assemblies. The effort will support the M45 Mask systems production at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The items will be purchased through a firm fixed price contract with options over a 2 year period. The purchase will be sole source. (See also Numbered Note 22).
