The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to purchase 3 pieces if surplused test equipment. This equipment was recently surplused by Northrop Grumman Corp. The equipment includes 3 load cell frames and manuals. The custodian of the equipment is Mr. Robert Finnarick. The Government intends to issue a sole source fixed-priced contract to Mr. Finnarick.
