Description

1. Provide design, construction management, and One-year of follow-up operations services for the implementation of the Los Osos Community Services District wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system, to serve the current population of approximately 14,600 people, and anticipated build-out population of over 18,000 people. The wastewater system must meet all environmental mitigation measures in the design and construction, and must also be consistent with the goals adn vision statement of the community. The proejct is funded in part through California State Revolving Fund low interest loans (80 percent federal funds through the Federal Clean Water Act, 20 percetn State matching funds).
