Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for On-Line Dialogue on EPA's Draft Public Involvement Policy. The details regarding this requirement can be found at www.epa.gov/oam/hpod. The performance period is date of award through December 31, 2001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 514199. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; FAR 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 proposal will be evaluated and award made to the responsible, responsive firm whose offer conforming to this solicitation is the lowest cost and technically acceptable offer. All vendors are to include with their quotes a completed copy of provision 52.213-3, which maybe downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov/far. All of the clauses and provisions maybe downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov/far. All interested responsible firms should submit quotes by 2:00 p.m. EST on April 20, 2001.
