Description

The National Naval Medical Center, (NNMC) Bethesda, MD, (Information Technology Services) has a requirement for the Patient Classification and Staffing System Software (PCSS) unlimited ITE license with assignment management module HL7 interface and SQL server upgrade. NNMC intends to award a sole source procurement to Quality Team Associates. The system addresses the patient care provider mission essential function of identifying and justifying manning requirements on a day to day real time basis; captures quality indicators that automatically link patient classifications, staffing levels.
