Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order for an annual subscription for 225 "My Ecora" automated documentation standard software for Windows NT servers professional software. The software will automatically update the configuration documentation on a time scale set by the administrator. The documentation will meet goals of preparing for disaster recovery, standardize server setup, and troubleshooting server problems with the computer architecture. All written quotations must be submitted in writing no later than 5 days from the published date of this announcement to the address and POC listed above. Quotes over 10 pages will not be accepted by facsimile (FAX 202 283-1533). No solicitation will be issued; therefore, such request for solicitation will be considered non-responsive. Award will be based on the lowest price to the government. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB destination; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number, if applicable, payment terms; delivery date(s); Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)in accordance with FAR 52.204-3; and business size status (i.e., large, small, minority, or women-owned).
