Description

Services, Non-personal: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision to perform maintenance on grease traps and latrines at Fort Lee Virginia. This procurement is being processed as a small business set-aside. Written and fax request only will be honored. Telephonic request will not be honored. The tentative date for issuance of Solicitation DABT59-01-P-0135 is 17 April 2001. All Fax request may be sent to 804-734-4633. The government will award to contractor a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose quotes conforming to this synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes; past performance, technical capability and price. Technical and past performance, when combined, are equal to price. Vendors are required to submit past performance information, including points of contact, on the last three contracts for similar supplies or services. All responsible sources may submit quotes, which, if timely received the government shall consider. Quotes received without past performance reference shall be considered non-responsive.
